Shipping policy

All orders will be packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard Shipping: 12–25 business days Expedited Shipping: 5–12 business days Global shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons, customs clearance or bad weather. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination country, package weight and shipping method. We occasionally run free-shipping promotions for qualified orders.

International shipments may be subject to local import duties, VAT or customs fees. All extra tax charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We will not mark orders as "gift" to avoid customs inspection.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact your local post office first. Contact us within 15 days after delivery confirmation, and we will assist you to file a lost package claim with the logistics provider.
